A shared mailbox is a mailbox that allows multiple people to send and receive email from the same address. There are no passwords for a shared mailbox, but rather users access the mailbox via the ename and password (e.g.: myeid@colostate.edu). Permissions to mailboxes are managed by department resource coordinators.
*Note - All shared mailboxes must contain a prefix and will have an extension of @mail.colostate.edu (e.g.: prefix_mailboxname@mail.colostate.edu)
