Migrating PST File to Office 365 – Step by Step

  1. Disconnect PST File from outlook account

  1. Choose a folder in their outlook to put pst files in (creating one is recommended)

 

 

  1. Click File in the top left

  1. Click Open & Export

  1. Click Import/Export

  1. Choose “import from another program or file” then click next

  1. Choose “Outlook Data File(.pst)” then click next

  1. Click Browse and find their pst file, select “replace duplicates with items imported”, then click next

  1. Make sure “include subfolders” is checked, select “import items into the current folder”, then click finish

  1. The folder should now contain all items in the pst file
