How do I log in on campus?

  1. Connect to the hds-staff WiFi network or plug into an Ethernet port within HDS and go to https://helpdesk.hds.colostate.edu
  2. Log into the portal by either clicking the "Login" link under the "Your Tickets" button or by clicking the "Sign In" button in the top right corner of the portal. You should not be prompted to log in if you are on either the HDS wired or HDS-Staff wireless networks. It should log you in using the account you are signed into the computer with.


  3. Once you are signed in, the interface will change slightly and you should now see "Home, Solutions, Tickets, and Service Catalog" as the menu options and you should also see "Popular Services" at the bottom left of the portal.


How do I log in off campus?
  1. Log in with your HFS credentials and connect your device to hds-staff via Pulse Secure. For directions, please go here
  2. Go to https://helpdesk.hds.colostate.edu
  3. Log into the portal by either clicking the "Login" link under the "Your Tickets" button or by clicking the "Sign In" button in the top right corner of the portal. As long as you are connected to Pulse Secure, you should not be prompted to log in. It should log you in using the account you are signed into the computer with.


  4. Once you are signed in, the interface will change slightly and you should now see "Home, Solutions, Tickets, and Service Catalog" as the menu options and you should also see "Popular Services" at the bottom left of the portal.
